Matthew Schuch

Accountant

Matt has been part of the SouthGate Property Management team since January 2021 where he enjoys helping people. Previously, he has worked as a personal banker, a licensed Realtor, and an area sales manager; Matt served in the Iowa Army National Guard. He also studied history at the University of Iowa. In his free time, Matt enjoys spending quality time with his long-time girlfriend and following sports (Go Cubs!). He is a self-professed Lego fanatic and spends many hours building detailed models in a room dedicated to his hobby. His favorite quote is from Heraclitus – “No man ever steps into the same river twice, as it is not the same river, and they are not the same man.”
