To Our Current and Future Residents, Thank you for staying calm, staying informed, and staying home whenever possible the past few months while the city, county, and state continue to address ways to reduce the spread of COVID-19. Here are updates to our business practices that are intended to protect you, your families, friends, and our employees. Our office is open at this time, and it is permissible to stop by. We prefer that you contact us by calling, emailing, or sending mail. If you stop by, please wear a mask.
Maintenance Please do not come into the office. Submit all maintenance requests from your home.

As of February 1, 2021, Number One Pest Defense will begin regular quarterly and/ or monthly treatments. Call us from your home if you notice a problem. If it is determined your situation is an emergency, Number One Pest Defense will come and perform a treatment.
Payments can continue to be made:
- Online through Zego or mailed into our office.
- By dropping them in the secure dropbox at Keokuk Street or the SouthGate Office with your printed name and current address. Include a note if you would like a receipt, and we will mail it to you.
- Call if you would like to set up online payments through Zego.
Applications must be completed online at www.SouthGateCo.com. They can also be picked up near the dropbox at Keokuk St or SouthGate Office. Once completed, they can be mailed to the office or left in the secure dropbox at Keokuk Street or the SouthGate Office with the application fee(s) for you and any other applicants attached. Application fees can also be processed by credit card by calling into the office. We will review applications and contact you if further information is needed.
Lease Signings and Renewals can be completed online through DocHub. Please call to speak to your property manager about this. Please do not come into the office.
If for any reason a Property Manager or Maintenance Technician is required to enter your home, please notify our office or reply to any notification if you or anyone in your home is feeling sick or showing any signs of illness.
