At this time, we want to encourage everyone to stay calm, stay informed, and stay home whenever possible, while the city, county, and state address the spread of COVID-19. We are reaching out about some changes we’re making to our business practices over the next month to protect you, your families, friends, and our employees.

Maintenance From your home, call in or email ALL maintenance requests. Please do not come into the office.
Right now, we will provide same day maintenance for:

  • backed up drains
  • clogged/ not working toilets
  • water leaks
  • broken windows
  • broken front door or lock
  • lock-outs
  • refrigerators
  • ranges – depending on the problem, it could take more than a day to repair
  • hot water not working
  • garage doors

Please continue to call in or email routine maintenance requests. Washer/Dryer problems and tub drains will be delayed, but they will be done. All other requests will put on a list, and it could take a month before they are completed.

Pest Control On Monday, March 16, 2020, Enviro-Pest suspended all regularly scheduled treatments for March, and possibly April. Call us from your home if you notice a problem. If it is determined your situation is an emergency, Enviro-Pest will come and perform a treatment. Please do not come into the office.

Payments Payments can continue to be made:

  • online through RentTrack or mailed into our office.
  • by dropping them in the secure dropbox at Keokuk Street or the SouthGate Office with your printed name and current address. Include a note if you would like a receipt, and we will mail it to you.
  • call if you would like to set up online payments through RentTrack https://southgateco.com/resident-connect/

Applications Applications can be completed online at www.SouthGateCo.com. They can also be picked up near the dropbox at Keokuk St or SouthGate Office. Once completed, they can be mailed into the office or left in the secure dropbox at Keokuk Street or the SouthGate Office with the application fee(s) for you and any other applicants attached. Application fees can also be processed by credit card by calling into the office. We will review applications and contact you if further information is needed.

Lease Signings and Renewals Lease signings and renewals can be completed online through DocHub. Please call to speak to your property manager about this. Please do not come into the office.

If for any reason a Property Manager or Maintenance Technician is required to enter your home, please notify our office or reply to any notification if you or anyone in your home is feeling sick or showing any signs of illness.
