Yes, SouthGate contracts a local pest control company for regular quarterly and/or monthly treatments. If you notice an issue, contact the office to arrange additional treatment if needed.
Fill out a request for a release form and return it to the office. SouthGate will advertise the unit, and prospective tenants must apply and be approved.
