Caleb Wilson
AccountantCaleb Wilson serves as President of SouthGate Companies, where he leads the firm’s overall strategy, acquisitions and dispositions, and investor relations. A Certified Public Accountant, Caleb has been directly involved in more than $200 million of real estate transactions and has played a key role in expanding SouthGate’s residential and commercial portfolio across the Midwest. He previously served as SouthGate’s Chief Financial Officer from 2016 to 2021 before assuming the role of President.
Caleb holds a BBA in Accounting from the University of Iowa’s Tippie College of Business and brings a disciplined, financially driven approach to real estate investment and management. His leadership emphasizes long-term value creation, operational excellence, and stewardship of a company founded in 1962 with deep roots in the Iowa City community.
