Meet The Team

Caleb Wilson currently serves as the President of SouthGate Investment Properties, where he oversees all commercial and residential real estate investment and property management. Prior to taking on the role of President, Caleb served as Chief Financial Officer of SouthGate Companies for six years. Caleb is a U of I grad, where he received his BBA in Accounting. He became a licensed CPA in 2011 while working for Deloitte. A lifelong resident of the area, Caleb grew up on a farm south of Kalona where he learned the values of hard work and integrity. In the community, he enjoys serving in his local church, coaching his kids in soccer and helping teach for Junior Achievement. Caleb is married to his wife Britt, and they have four active and rambunctious kids.
